Laboratory of Imaging Tissue Structure & Function

About Us

Laboratory of Imaging Tissue Structure and Function operates as an imaging core-facility at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology PAS (Warsaw, PL). We provide training, support and advice for internal and external users. The facility is also a part of EuroBioimaging Advanced Light Microscopy Polish Node.

The "Advanced Light Microscopy Node Poland" is coordinated by the Nencki Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS) and includes Jagiellonian University and Mossakowski Medical Research Centre, with sites in Warsaw and Cracow. Another institutions in Poland express their interest in joining our Node.

There is a funding available for academic users afiliated in Poland to access our microscopes!

The Revvity Opera Phenix Plus High-Content Screening System and Harmony image acquisition and analysis software are available to users of the Microscopy Core Facility. We encourage all researchers who are interested in high-content imaging, automated image acquisition, and quantitative image analysis to participate in this webinar and learn more about the capabilities of this platform.
