Imaris 10.0.1

Modules available at the Microscopy Lab

Imaris Core - Render 3D/4D images, detect objects, snapshot & animation

Imaris MeasurementPro - Report and interact with detected object measurements. adds geometric and intensity measurement capabilities to the program. Objects can be color-coded based on a calculated parameters defined within a selected voxel group such as intensity values, angles, and distances. Masks can be created to include or exclude regions of interest

Imaris Coloc - Visualize and quantify colocalized regions

Imaris Vantage - Plot in 1D-4D, compare groups with statistical tests

Imaris TrackLineage - Track motion in 2D/3D, detect divisions, create lineage tree. Modules offer several tracking algorithms to follow objects detected in a user’s time lapse images. Algorithms are available for randomly moving objects and those with directed motion

Imaris Filament Tracer - module uses multiple algorithms to allow for the automatic, semi-automatic, and manual tracing and editing of filamentous objects and cells (e.g. neurons). The lengths, diameters, and branching characteristics of the objects can be calculated from these tracings. Trace filamentous structures, neurons, vessels, detect spines

Imaris Cell - Segment and analyze cells and their compartments. This module module can simultaneously segment multiple objects at once. For example, cells can be detected using a membrane label and worked together as a group.

Imaris XT - Customize analysis with Matlab, Python, Java, R

Imaris Batch - allows for processing and analysis of multiple 2D/3D plus time images in batch mode.

Additional free software for download

Imaris Viewer is a free 3D/4D microscopy image viewer for viewing raw images as well as those analyzed within Imaris.

ImarisFileConverter's batch conversion efficiently convert multiple large datasets to save you time. The resulting ims files can then be opened very quickly within Imaris.
