Image Analysis Software

Laboratory of Imaging Tissue Structure and Function offers the access to commercial and open-source image analysis software. The access is provided internally (within the Institute network) via HIVE data server using remote desktop: Users connect to the HIVE server from their own computers and are able to use server computing power for image analysis.
